Townhouse Units and Features
Each Basic Townhouse unit has 2 floors and 4 single bedroom units. Each unit features a main floor full size kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, 4 person dining table), living room, dining room, storage room and patio area. The second floor contains a four-piece bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Additionally, there is a telephone with a network cable internet connection in each bedroom and in the dining room.
Barrier-Free Townhouse units are all on one level for ease of mobility. Each unit features three main floor single bedrooms, a full kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, 4 person dining table), living room, dining room and patio area. Additionally, there is a telephone with a network cable internet connection in each bedroom and in the dining room.
Every unit is supplied with a vacuum, mop, bucket, broom, and dustpan. The townhouse laundry rooms are located in a separate building in each townhouse community.
Townhouse accommodations are rented out per UNIT only. Payment and assigning roommates must be arranged by the contact person booking the unit.
Subject to availability, our accommodations offer basic and fully-equipped townhouses. Our fully-equipped units offer all of the features of a basic unit plus the following:
- television with basic cable
- iron and ironing board
- dishes and cutlery
- cooking supplies and small appliances for meal preparation (e.g. mixing bowls, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, glasses, can/bottle opener and tea pot)
