Residence Cafeteria/Dining Hall
The Residence Dining Hall is located in the University Centre building on the second floor around the corner of the Main Cafeteria.

Meal Plans are ONLY available by ordering through the Conference Services Office
The following rates are for the 2009 summer season and are subject to change yearly. View additional policy information.
Breakfast: $6.79/person
Lunch: $8.88/person
Dinner: $11.12/person
These meals are all you can eat and are based on a 4 week rotating schedule. At every meal a vegetarian option and vegan option is offered. There are drinks (coffee, tea, juice, milk) offered with every meal. All meals are served in our Residence Cafeteria in a buffet style.
Special daily rates can be established for groups of 76 people or more. Please contact Conference Services for details.
Sample Menu
- Breakfast: scrambled eggs, ham, french toast, home fries, fresh fruit, cold cereal, home baked muffins, toast
- Lunch: Minestrone soup, hot sausage on a bun, macaroni and cheese, fries/gravy, mixed vegetables, fruit salad, salad bar, assorted cookies
- Dinner: sliced roast beef with Au juice, garlic mashed potatoes, sliced carrots, salad bar, dinner rolls, cherry cheese cake
If you do choose the meal plan option you just need to inform us of the times you would like to eat and advise on any food allergies. We will take care of the rest!
