Each dormitory-style house in Prettie Residence has 3 floors with rooms that are divided into furnished single, single (with sink), and double rooms. All of the houses are equipped with a furnished lounge with a TV and microwave, study room, male and female washrooms, sheltered outdoor bicycle storage facility, and a coin-operated laundry facility.
