The Avila Centre is the perfect place for any conference group. Located right on-campus (view map PDF) the Avila is close to everything you need in the city while the picturesque surroundings allow you to feel like you are away from it all. With 2 different access points on campus, this type of setting is perfect for picnics, weddings, barbeques, retreats and walks.
The Avila facility provides four different meeting spaces that can accommodate groups up to 350 people. Just think of the endless possibilities the Avila can offer your group with accommodations, a chapel, cafeteria and meeting spaces all under one roof!
Please note that meeting and function space rental rates exclude any special set up charges, housekeeping on statutory holidays, and any audio-visual requirements. If picnic tables and barbeques are required, please contact the Conference Services to make arrangements.
All meeting rooms include: projector & screen, TV, DVD player, flip charts and podium.
Additionally, all meeting and function spaces are subject to applicable taxes.
